The weather has finally turned and the winter work The weather has finally turned and the winter work required to keep Hill Rise in great shape is underway. On Sunday 29th we'll be meeting at 09:30 to help out with various tasks including cutting back all the overgrowth at the front of the site, pruning round the edge of the meadow, and keeping the paths free of leaf-fall. If you have them bring gardening gloves, secateurs, and a rake. Please come along and join us from 09:30. Coffee and cake (and possibly mince pies) will be provided - all welcome!
